By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Zaaplin Refurbished, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Product Nature (Refurbished Devices)

All products sold by Zaaplin Refurbished are professionally refurbished.
Refurbished products may show minor cosmetic signs of usage, which do not affect functionality.
Product condition, specifications, warranty, and images are clearly mentioned on the product page.
Customers are advised to review all product details carefully before purchasing.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned.
Zaaplin Refurbished reserves the right to change prices, offers, or availability without prior notice.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

3. Order Confirmation & Delivery

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be modified.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Zaaplin Refurbished delivers only within India.

4. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns once an item has been sold.
Customers are requested to carefully review product details, specifications, and condition before purchasing.
Only a 7-day replacement policy is applicable. No refunds or returns are offered.

5. 7-Day Replacement Policy

Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Replacement is applicable only for verified functional or manufacturing defects.
All replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval.
If self-shipping is required, shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

6. Warranty Policy

6-Month warranty is available from the date of purchase, as per policy terms.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or battery-related issues.
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and availability of parts.
Post-warranty service is available on a paid basis.

7. Warranty Claims & Support

Warranty claims must be raised via email at:

Customers must attach:
- Purchase invoice
- Full issue description
- Product details (IMEI / Serial Number)
Support response time is typically 24–48 hours (maximum).

8. Replacement & Pickup Conditions

During pickup or inspection, the following will be verified:

Correct product (IMEI / Serial Number match)
Original accessories, packaging, and freebies
No physical or liquid damage
Device must be factory reset and unlocked

Zaaplin Refurbished reserves the right to reject replacement requests if conditions are not met.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before shipment.
Cancellation after shipment may result in two-way shipping cost deductions.
Partial order cancellations are not allowed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zaaplin Refurbished is not responsible for:
- Data loss (customers must back up data before shipment or service)
- Damages caused by misuse or unauthorized repairs
- Courier delays beyond our control
Liability, if any, shall not exceed the order value paid by the customer.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, images, and materials on Zaaplin Refurbished platforms are the property of Zaaplin Refurbished.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

12. Fraud & Abuse

Any attempt at fraud, misuse, or false claims may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Warranty void
- Blacklisting of the customer account

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
