Zaaplin Refurbished

At Zaaplin Refurbished, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read the shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days under normal circumstances.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery is available only within India.

We are partnered with Shiprocket and other third-party courier service providers for order deliveries.
Currently, reverse pickup service is not available.
We are actively working on enabling reverse pickup and expect it to be available shortly.

Once your order is shipped from our end, we will share the following details via Email and/or WhatsApp:
- Courier Partner Name
- AWB / Tracking ID
- Shipment details (photo, if required)
Customers can track their order using the shared tracking details.

To ensure a smooth replacement or warranty process, customers must strictly follow the steps below at the time of receiving the order:

Check Outer Packaging
- Ensure the package is not tampered with, repacked, seal-broken, or damaged.
Record an Unboxing Video
- Record a clear, continuous video while opening the package.
- The video must show the sealed package before opening.
Take Clear Photos
- Take photos of the product and all accessories received.
- Capture images from all sides.
Verify Product Details
- Ensure the IMEI / Serial Number of the product matches the details mentioned on the invoice.

⚠️ Failure to follow the above steps may result in rejection of replacement or warranty claims.

Once the order is delivered and accepted, Zaaplin Refurbished will not be responsible for issues arising due to customer negligence at the time of receipt.

If your order is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact our support team within 7 days from the delivery confirmation date.
