Delivery Timeline

Currently, reverse pickup service is not available.

Order Shipment & Tracking

Once your order is shipped from our end, we will share the following details via Email and/or WhatsApp:

Important Instructions at the Time of Delivery
To ensure a smooth replacement or warranty process, customers must strictly follow the steps below at the time of receiving the order:

Check Outer Packaging

Ensure the package is not tampered with, repacked, seal-broken, or damaged.

Record an Unboxing Video

Record a clear, continuous video while opening the package.

The video must show the sealed package before opening.

Take Clear Photos

Take photos of the product and all accessories received.

Capture images from all sides.

Verify Product Details

Ensure the IMEI / Serial Number of the product matches the details mentioned on the invoice.

⚠️ Failure to follow the above steps may result in rejection of replacement or warranty claims.
Delivery Confirmation

Once the order is delivered and accepted, Zaaplin Refurbished will not be responsible for issues arising due to customer negligence at the time of receipt.
Delayed or Undelivered Shipments

If your order is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact our support team within 7 days from the delivery confirmation date.
