At Zaaplin Refurbished, we are committed to providing reliable, quality-checked refurbished devices. To maintain transparency and fairness for both customers and sellers, we have outlined our return and replacement policy below.
No Return Policy (Important)
We do not accept returns once an item has been sold. Customers are strongly advised to review all product details, specifications, condition grades, images, and warranty information carefully before placing an order.
Only a 7-day replacement is available. No refunds or returns are permitted once the product is sold.
7-Day Replacement Policy

A 7-day replacement is available from the date of delivery.

Replacement requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

Replacement is applicable only for verified manufacturing defects or functional issues.

All replacement requests are subject to quality inspection and verification.
Conditions for Replacement Eligibility
To be eligible for a replacement:

The product must be in the same condition as delivered.

All original accessories, packaging, tags, and freebies must be returned.

The product must not show signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or tampering.

For electronic devices (mobiles, laptops, tablets), the device must be:

Step 2: Pickup or Self-Shipping
Pickup by Zaaplin Refurbished

Pickup will be arranged within 48–72 working hours, subject to serviceability.

Customers must be available at the pickup location at the scheduled time.

Replacement requests may be canceled after 3 failed pickup attempts.
Self-Ship Replacement

If pickup service is unavailable for your PIN code, the customer must self-ship the product.

All self-shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Zaaplin Refurbished is not responsible for damage during self-shipment.
Inspection & Replacement Timeline

All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.

Inspection may take up to 48 hours.

Once approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 7–15 working days, depending on product availability and location.

Customers will be notified of the status via WhatsApp or email.
Cases Where Replacement Will Be Rejected
Replacement requests will be rejected if:

The request is raised after 7 days from delivery.

The product shows signs of physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair.

Original accessories or packaging are missing.

The issue is related to cosmetic wear clearly mentioned on the product page.

The device has been locked, tampered with, or data has not been removed.
Special Conditions for Refurbished Products

Cosmetic condition does not qualify for replacement unless it affects functionality.
