1. Are the products brand new or refurbished?

All products sold by Zaaplin Refurbished are professionally refurbished, fully tested, and quality-checked to ensure proper functionality.


2. What condition are refurbished products in?

Refurbished devices may show minor cosmetic wear, which does not affect performance. The exact condition is clearly mentioned on the product page.


3. Do you offer returns or refunds?

No. We do not accept returns once an item is sold.
Only a 7-day replacement is available as per policy. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.

Currently, reverse pickup is not available.
Customers may need to self-ship the product, and shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location and the courier partner's availability.

No. Currently, Zaaplin Refurbished delivers only within India.

No. All prices are fixed and transparent as listed on the platform.

Yes. We follow strict data protection practices. Your information is used only for order processing, delivery, and support.


18. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled only before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellations may involve payment gateway charge deductions.
